Cyan Ink Head

my cyan in head on uv keeps saying to replace it have have done so 3 times now

Perhaps you are not installing the original and compatible CYAN ink cartridge on your HP 5000ps printer. You can actually purchase an original ink cartridge for this printer online. These are the stores that offer this ink cartridge.
