Why Does The Ink Not Distributed To The Whole Sheet But Just A Straight Smudge?
I bought this last March and was able to do its job but after the first initial inks ran out, I bought the refills and was able to print some school stuff for my kid. After two days, when we need to print again, the colors were not distributed to the whole sheet but a straight line (like all the colors are confined to a half inch thick line). Same result when I photocopy some papers though I was able to have the copy with the straight line in it. How can I fix this?
