My Envy 2060 Has All Lights Flashing!
I have made sure there is no paper jam , have removed and returned cartridgesI'm 82 , what do I do??

Firstly remove all the power from the printer back to the power outlet and leave for around 15 minutes to effect a reset.
I have attached a link to your printer.
Download the diagnostics program and run that. It could be you have a faulty cartridge as you say you only re-inserted them and not replaced. The diagnostics should tell you the problem.
