Hp Smart Array P410i Controller Initialisation Failure

HP ProLiant ML350 G6 Tower Server on startup I get the following message: HP Smart Array P410i Controller Initialisation failure When continue and install a linux o/s when the o/s/ does not find any hard disks. This is the server with the problem Thanks Dennis
