Error Code 0xb000f765
prejudice
my printer hp 3050th j611 series all-in-one gives me error code 0xb000f765, in more I can not turn it off from the button will bring up in the panel, I have to remove the plug ..
What should I do?

Unfortunately, what you're describing is a hardware failure of the printer and you have to repair the printer to solve the problem. But, before you can try the following steps and check the result.
1. Remove all the cartridges from the printer.
2. Take a cotton ball and soak it in distilled water. Remove the access of water from the swab.
3. Clean the copper contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer (carraige).
4. Then wipe with a lint-free cotton cloth soft.
5. Replace the print cartridges and verify the result.
If the above steps do not resolve the problem, then you can take an estimate from any local repair shop, then take the final decision to repair or replace the printer.
