Brand New Model #479502 Brew Station. Dos Not Seem To Stop 'brewing' Cycle.
New Brew Station. Model #479502. Doesnot stop "Brewing" cycle. What gives? Seems to keepgoing and boiling the coffee in resivore. Please help. Have older model and it's made a lot better too.

If you are using the coffee maker as per its manual (a copy of which is available upon request from us), then the unit must be defect and should be taken back to its retailer.
