Rubber Foot For Motor Base Missing In New Machine Carton-hb Is Of No Help
I bought their Big Mouth Juice Extractor [Model 67650, Series D4301ATS] from WalMart a week ago; when I opened the carton, I found the rubber foot for one of 3 legs for the motor base missing. I called cuustomer service at 1-800-851-8900 and I got a reply that they don't have it and suggested that I could return the whole unit back to WalMart! This looks ridiculous!
