Please Use A 10 Digit Number When U People Are Texting A Question Or A Verificat

I am having a really hard time putting a money Pak on my green dot prepaid Visa credit card. I follow the instructions as indicated on moneypak.com and when I get to the verification part they send a link VIA text message to my phone which would be all good if it was coming from a 10 digit regular phone number? It's sent by a 6 or 8 digit number, therefore when I respond by typing yes & send it, my phone rejects it & will not let me send it because it's not an actual 10 didigit number so I can't verify myself! Ok fine now there's another step you can take & that is to answer 2 of 3 questions that they ask which are your email & your phone & last 4 digits of ssn so I proceed to try this option, only for it to send up a red waning sign that the verification code can not be resent. Wtf does that even mean & what are you people talking about?? I just need some help her please & would appreciate any help anyone has to offer.Thank-You
