How Do I Get My Money Back

They said my activation was complete and to wait a half hour before using my card, 7 hours later...I still can't use the card, I can't log in, and the phone just keep asking me for the "wrong info" that I am entering. I know that I could have made a mistake during registration..and I still haven't received any e mail's from them but my user name and card number and the 3 digit number can't all be wrong for my log in! Now, all the review's I am reading about the same thing happening to them has me really worried. I really need/needed my money today, I can't wait 10, 30, 90 day's or never!! Please help, I have been on line and on the phone for about 6 hours now with nothing to show for it but red puffy eyes and, now, a late fee for my bill.
