Need To Talk To A Human To Check Paper Check Refund.

On 9/15/16 I purchased a greendot MoneyPak to put cash onto my HigherOne school card. When I attempted to load onto my card, green dot informed me there was a problem and to request a refund. I did as instructed & was told to allow 7-10 days for the check to arrive. It's been over 45 days, and a lot had happened - I'm no longer at that address, I'm not sure if a check would be forwarded. I haven't been able to talk to anyone about this because I don't have a green dot card. I have the receipts & MoneyPak right in front of me now. The amount is only $45, but how do I get my money back
