For My Desktop Comp Conversion From Usb 2.0 To Usb 3.0

On my desktop computer ,Can I use Usb3.0 pcì-e Card On My Usb2.0 Mboard GA MA 790fxDq6 to Get Speed Of Usb3.0 for faster data transfer for my Lacie Ruged triple ext harddisc having usb3.0 cable ? Also will my Sandisc Ultra 3.0 pendrive class 10 will receive faster data transfer to & fro from my desktop computer ? Config..of my comp is..Windows7-64bitUltimate,AMD AM2+ phenom 4core QuadroProcesor-2.4ghz & AMD's ATi MSi graphic card 5850 HD Radion with 1gb memory & 8Gb Ram (4×2GbRam),Seagate 7200Rpm 2Tb harddisc, please send me reply soon,so that i will buy urgently USB3.0 PCIe CARD to fix in my computer in mumbai city INDIA.Please send details which card,which cable,which extra addon things i shoud do?my name is Mr.nayan c. sheth(indian)

Yes, it will increase the data throughput. All usb devices are backward compatible also. Any brand pcie compatible card like this will work, it is just a matter of the number of usb ports you need. Install the card to pcie 8 A or 8 B slot.
