Mother Board No Display Show
2 green led one orange and one red led power show but after a few second motherboard fan is off

Troubleshooting help is available from page 115 onwards. This mentions beep codes so it may be something else than the M/B. 2 green led, one orange, and one red led would be on the front facia which are connected to the M/B but are not followed by beep codes points to an accessory such as a video card maybe. Are they on the front panel as this could point to a power supply problem if you do not get any beeps? Resetting the CMOS and removing any additional cards etc including the HDD and trying again without anything but ram would clear the M/B and isolate the faulty part if each item is replaced one at a time.
