Mother Board Not On

one day i unplugged a usb 3g dongle which was plugged in front panel.in that occasion my PC power supply unit is been blown.i replaced it with new one.but as i push the power button or reset button the mother board is not on.CPU fan is working without on the power switch.

There must be some cables that you did not connect within the motherboard. Make sure that the following computer components are connected properly.

1. RAM Card

2. Hard Disk

3. SATA/ATA Cables

4. Power supply Cables
