On-board Graphics No Longer Works When Pcie Graphics Card Is Installed.

On-board graphics IS enabled in BIOS, but Win7 does not use it when an ASUS HD7770 is installed in PCIe slot. Device Manager says it is runing normally and there are no hardware conflicts. ControlPanel | Display | Screen Resoulution | Detect says finds a graphics adapter but no monitor connected (which it is). Removing the HD7770 causes Windows to find and use the on-board graphics.
