Garage Door Height

I have a Powerlift Model WR827. It opens all the wat to the top of the door, then falls back about 3 inches. Is there an adjustment to keep it open all the way/

I did not see my problem addressed in troubleshooting. My garage door moves all the way up to open, but it then drops down a few inches and settles there.
