Low Battery Condition

How do you change the battery when the the Power Light is flashing indicating a low battery condition?

According to the user manual...

WARNING!
Replace only with Panasonic #LC12V4BP or Yuasa #NP4-12 battery. Observe polarity when
installing a new battery. Installing the battery backwards may cause damage to the panel. There
is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type.

The battery is a sealed lead-acid type located within the main control unit.  See pages 4 and 55 in the manual.
