'loc' Is Displayed And Will Not Clear On Ge Stove Js968. Oven Does Not Work.

If the LOC  ON displays regardless of what key you press, on the JS968, press the 9 + 0 pads simultaneously for 3 seconds. It should then display LOC OFF and you are good to go.
