Gg50t06pvk Ge Power Vent Water Heater

The ignitor on my unit turns on and gets hot but burner does not fire. Error code shows green light and the A and B light are on. Tech support sid dirty burner but it was blown clear with air still doesnt light. Now tech says a sensor above burner is bad???????????
