Gateway Model Zx6971 Not Operable For 30 Seconds
I have extensively checked for viruses and everything is clean. Also detached the Ethernet cable to test if same issue remained. It did.There seems to be a program (or something) running in the background - updating (?) - even when not connected to the internet that does NOT allow a specific program or open window to function. For almost 30 seconds I have to wait before I can use the mouse, type words, or it even responds.What is going on?
