Mouse Input

Good morning I have a gateway model sx2300 my question today is where do I Input my mouse on computer I am having a hard time locating it. If you provide a picture directly where would be highly appreciated has way thank you.

It depends on what kind of mouse you have. If it's a PS/2 mouse then you plug it into the green PS/2 port (highlighted in yellow). If it's a USB mouse then you plug it into any free USB port (highlighted in blue).
