About My Gateway Nv55c Microphone

after formatting my gateway laptop nv55c, the microphone does not work properly again, what should i do because i need it to work urgently

Since you have mentioned that you reformatted your Gateway NV-55C, the microphone and other audio devices may not work properly bacause the driver software may not be installed or corrupted. To fix this issue, you have to install a fresh copy of the latest driver software for your Gateway NV-55C laptop. You can download the audio driver software here:
