Harmon Romp 610 Won't Turn On

my rump 610 worked but batteries were low so I changed batteries. After changing batteries it wouldn't turn on. I have tried 3 sets of batteries and carefully checked that they are installed properly but still no power.

  • Remove the batteries for, wait at least 5 minutes and reinstall the batteries (NOTE: This does not erase any of your data or settings).
  • Ensure the lithium-ion battery is properly installed.
  • Visit your retailer if still unresolved.
