Training Pages Question

What does fr70 Sport, General, Training Pages, Page 1, "General Fields" number mean?  I need to program my watch for 3 training session/phases and not sure if Training Pages is what I need to program. I do aerobic workouts with treadmill, stationary bike and stairs.
