Delta Xc Collar Won't Turn On Anymore Even After Charging For 24 Hours
any suggestions on a reset to get it working again

The battery lasts only about 60 hours or less. Replace the battery [rechargeable, replaceable lithium-ion]. Replacement instructions are at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/508839/Garmin-Delta.html?page=9.
