Flashing Control Panel After Power Failure

After power failure, control panel flashes showing wrong time. No error codes are displayed. Top range works but oven can not be operated as none of the button react to touch. Tried plug & unplug, circuit breaker and internal reset button. Guessing electronic control board needs replacement.
