Frigidaire Plcs389ecc - Broiler Doesn't Work, Man Says It's Broiler Relay

Frigidaire PLCS389ECC oven,broiler not working but oven ok).Repairman said it's the broiler relay. Is that something I can do and roughly how much is part?
