Fridgidaire Ice Maker Model Gd-21. Drips Water Into Tray. No Cubes.

At work we have a Frigidaire refrigerator model GLRT212IDB1 with facory installed ice maker, model GD21. The ice make started dripping water from the front into the tray. No we only get a block of ice and no cubes so we shut off the water. Any fix? Ideas? How do you replace the ice maker if we need to do that? Thank you. Tim
