Temp Running High Both Freezer/fridge

Hello mdwalker070747 – Often when both the freezer and refrigerator compartment temperature is too cold, it is because the damper is not closing. More than likely the control is not telling the damper when to close and/or the unit might also have a faulty thermistor as well. I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the unit to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
