Frigidaire Fphn2899lf7

freezer cold, refrigerator not. Circulator fan comes on for a second then off for about 30 seconds, then repeats, etc. Cold air damper to refrigerator closes and stays. Loses. Replaced circulator fan, 2 control boards and defrost thermostat. Tested thermistor and it was ok. What else can I try
