Freezer Is Icing Over Even Though I've Turned Thermostat Down

Typically when a unit continues to freeze it has an airflow issue. Check the door to make sure you have a safe and tight seal (no gaps). Next check the air vents in the unit's back or side of the cabinet inside. Do not block these at all. Check your defrost thermistor if you can access it and see if it is frozen. Unplug the unit for a few minutes and then watch it for any changes. If nothing changes performance or frost wise, contact Frigidaire for a service appointment before you lose possible food items.
