Power Went Out And Oven Is Displaying F31 What Do I Do?

You are experiencing a shorted probe connection. This is not a DIY job at all. Please contact a service professional so they can: Check resistance at room temperature, if less than 500 ohms, replace RTD sensor probe. Check for shorted sensor probe harness between EOC and probe connector.
