My Frigidaire Fgf 368gbb Range Overn Fluctuates In Temperature By 5 Degrees

The service man states this is normal when he comes, and there i a contract on this range  GAS range

It is very typical in both gas and electric for the temperature depending on your home environment, humidity and location for the temperature to be a little off. Now when you get to noticing a difference greater than 15-20ºF then you have a concern. However 5ºF you would not be able to adjust anything, especially on a gas unit. You would end up opening the valve and regulator too much adn causing concerns.
