Hi Ntraylor23, thank you for allowing me to assist you. As you mentioned, since the temperature probe has been replaced and the issue persists, then you are looking at a possible faulty EOC (Electronic Oven Control). One of the best ways to determine if this is a false error code is to reset the power to the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping off the breaker for about 30 seconds. If the error code persists, it would be advisable to contact an experienced appliance repair tech to assist further and to ensure the appropriate replacement part is ordered and installed correctly to prevent further issues.
