The Bucket Is Full Light Is On But My Unit Is Hooked Up To A Self Drainage Hose.
The unit has been working and draining OK for many years and suddenly is not running since the bucket light came on. Could the water cutoff switch be disabling the unit? How can I check this out. Thank you Hank C

I understand that the “Bucket Full” light is on for your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# FDL25P1, even though it is hooked up for continuous drainage. First check the bucket to see if it is full. If it is, empty it. Secondly, check the drain hose connection on your appliance and make sure that it is not leaking. Lastly, check the garden hose for any kinks or clogs and make sure that it is level.
