My Unit Is Leaking Water & I Don't Have A Drainage Hose Or A Drain Plug.

Where can I get a Drainage Hose?  And how often am I supposed to empty the drainage  (In other words HOW MUCH LIQUID will come out of this unit?)  I've been using it, and no water was leaking; all of a sudden, it's dripping continuously.  It seems to stop, every once in a while, but I'm worried that I may forget to check it, and it will overflow the bucket I put under the drain!  HELP!

If you are using the continuous drain feature on the unit it will indeed need a garden hose hooked up to the back of the unit. You can purchase any new garden hose, and make sure it has a black rubber washer in the screw thread head. Connect this to the back of the unit. You will then need to make sure the hose is running at a slight decline. You will also need to set the unit to CO, for continuous drain by turning the humidity either all the up or down, depending on your model, until you see a CO on the display. This means it will always stay on to reach a safe humidity level in the room or environment. You may also need to tilt the unit back no more than 1/2" so the unit can drain into the hose and then outside or into a drain pipe. If this is connected and it drains correctly, you SHOULD NOT have to empty the bucket at all.

Let me know if you need more information.
