I can pair my Iphone 6 with the car and I can start and stop a call from the car as well as from the phone, but I do not hear (and also the other party ) anything. There is a massage : " Sound not available". I have bought this car in December 2014, it comes from Florida and I am livin in Hungary. It is a V6 Premium with the great navigation system.

Hi! Please select the "dock connector" option in your Apple device. This should solve the problem assuming you are using a USB cable to connect.

If you are using bluetooth, please try the following steps.

- delete pairing in the car memory and in the phone, too

- turn on the audio system

- turn on the iphone bluetooth

- pair iphone and the audio system
