Cycles Not Working On Hot And Warm Water Temp

Hi, I just bought the WL4227P1 washing machine. all cyvles seems not starting when warm or hot water temp is choosen. It start one second ti fillin and stop then one second and stop again. then the code "10" appears. The hoses are weel connecterd, not sqeesed and valves open wwidely. thankt
