Aquasmart Flashes All Lights, Unresponsive To Reset Attempts

My washing machine started flashing all lights simultaneously in pulsing fashion in middle of a load and wouldn't continue. The buttons had all become unresponsive. I tried unplugging from power for one-minute, one-hour, and overnight--when plugged back in to power all lights continue to flash/pulse and control buttons remain unresponsive. This continues with the load of bedding that had been in-process removed so the washer is empty except for a bit of water left in the bottom of the tub.
