Washer Started Flashing Lights In Middle Of Load, Won't Reset

Last night I was washing a load of bedding in my AquaSmart when in the middle of the load it just stopped and all the lights were flashing. Water didn't drain and I couldn't manually tell it to go into the spin cycle since the lights were all just flashing and buttons non-responsive. I tried unplugging from electrical for a minute to reset but that didn't work. Tried unplugging for an hour to reset--also didn't work. Tried leaving it unplugged from power over night and then trying to turn it on to reset--again no luck, the lights are all just flashing and while some buttons will beep when pressed it doesn't impact the position of lights that are on... it's like they're pulsing to their own beat together. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or what I may be able to do to fix it?
