Preview And Scans Are Not The Correct Ratio...

Hi, I had to reinstall my V200 using Internet Explorer 8, instead of 7. All works the same, except the image scan is not the correct ratio....even though the size in preview says 5x7, the output is more square. I've changed every setting available! Would this be a defect in the actual scanning motor? thanks alot, Andy

Make sure that you update your drive,it seems to my that your driver could be corrupted.
