Power Outage

Our power went out last night and now the printer won't print. On the screen, it just has the time... no messages. Any suggestions?

Try removing the power from the printer and leave off to allow any residual power to drain from the printer. About 1 hour should suffice adequately.

Power up the device and reconnect to the PC/Laptop to see if your problem has been resolved. If it still refuses to work then maybe the printer has a power supply fault and you should contact a repairer. Raise another question with more information if no luck.
