Top Broil Coils Do Not Heat Up, Do Not Work

What would be the cause.? What parts to replace.? We ordered a new broiler and installed with same problems

Hello Tazman542 - If the bake element and the top of the unit are both working, but just not the heating element, then you possibly have a bad broil element or connection. However, since the element has already been replaced and if you are experiencing other performance difficulties, then you may have a bad control board that needs to be replaced. Consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis.
