My Tv Keeps Saying Input Password But It Won't Let Me

Power cycle the TV: turn it off, unplug it and leave unplugged for a few minutes. Restore settings back to factory defaults.

Still experiencing issues: I'd recommend seeking service repairs, but keep in mind that repairs may not be cost efficient and it may be cheaper to replace the TV.
