Reset Dynex Tv Dx-46l150a11
have no sound worked fine before. i disconnected and moved to another room. anyway for factory reset?

Check volume levels, and make sure the TV volume isn't muted. Make sure headphones are not connected to the headphone jack. Make sure that your connections are connected properly to the TV input jacks & on the external devices.
Check the signal strength of the digital channels. It's possible that you are receiving marginal reception. Both the picture and sound may freeze or break up due to poor reception.
- Press CH^ or CHv to select the channel you want & to view the selected channel strength.
- Press MENU. The on-screen menu opens.
- Press < or > to highlight CHANNEL, then press v. The Channel menu opens. The DTV signal strength is shown at the bottom of the menu.
- Move the antenna around the room or close to a window. Check the signal strength of the digital channels again. The optimal location may vary by channel.
- Press EXIT to close the menu.
The audio cables may need to be replaced-try a new set.
If all else fails, try power-cycling the TV. Power it off and unplug it (and any other components) from the wall. Leave it unplugged for a minute, and then plug everything back in/turn them on. Restore settings back to factory defaults.
If you still experience issues afterwards, I would recommend that you schedule repairs with a certified technician, so they can diagnose & replace any damaged parts-if necessary.
