First the basics: ensure that your DVDs are clean and scratch free. Also, try a lens cleaner. Second, try power-cycling your TV/DVD combo by turning it off and unplugging it for at least one hour. If the problem persists afterward, it's likely that your TV/DVD combo will require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying your TV in to the place of purchase along with your original receipt.
