2 Tv's, Dual Receiver Can Only Get Signal On 1 Tv At A Time.

We have a dual receiver with 2 TV'S. Within the last 2 weeks we have only been able to watch 1 at a time. The TV we didn't do the reset on says "Complete Signal Loss." We've gone through the troubleshooting suggestions multiple times & nothing works. Husband is ready to cancel the service because he's so frustrated.

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your DISH service and I would like to assist you. Have you checked the connections at the TV with the 015 message and is the cable connected hand tight into the back of the TV and the wall outlet. You may also want to check the connections at the TV1 location from the receiver to the wall and make sure all the connections to the slpitters are nice and hand tight. If you runa check switch test (Menu-6-1-1 Check Switch and then Test) does the 015 message switch TV's? Please email me and let me know and I will assist you further. Thank you!
