When Dish Receiver Says Complete Signal Loss

I hope that you have gotten this resolved, but if not I am happy to help! did anything change from when the signal was working until it went out? Was the receiver moved or is there anything blocking the dish? Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds?
