Why Do I Keep Getting A Complete Signal Loss Message Signal Code 31-11-45?

First, tv2 suddenly went to snow, remote unresponsive. Then, despite multiple attempts at unplugging/resetting, I keep getting complete signal loss messages signal code

I know how frustrating this issue can be and I would love to help! The first step you're going to want to try is a hard reset. You can do this by unplugging the receiver from the wall outlet for 10 seconds.
