Complete Signal Loss
i need somebody to contact me because i been having problems w/my signal . it said a complete signal loss and we already follow all the steps and still no signal and i been calling dish for support but there is a visit line so tell me whats going on because you guys are taking my money so i need my service ASAP.

Hi, this is a temporary fix till DISH Network gets the 129 satellite restored. Please select Menu 8-1, in preference select HD & SD for the program guide. Then exit out and when pulling up the guide, select an SD channel and you will have access to SD channels. The 129 satellite is primarily an HD satellite. We are working to get this satellite fixed ASAP but you will have access to SD channels in the meantime. Thank you!
