Hello, Nick Franta with DISH here. What is the error number (3 digits) on your screen? I can see if we can do any further troubleshooting. If it is still snowing out you may just need to wait until the storm passes until there is a clear signal.

I have had dish for years.Clean off the dish and to keep the snow and ice off of it is to spray the dish with cooking oil.
